At Ministry of Pleasures, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy special and valuable experiences. Therefore, we are open to guests with any form of physical, intellectual, or sensory disability, as well as chronic conditions or other specific support needs.
When you contact us, we will discuss your wishes, expectations, and any points of attention. Based on this, we will do our utmost to find an Experience Creator who aligns well with your needs and with whom both parties feel comfortable.
In some cases, depending on the nature of the support or the extra time, preparation, or guidance required, a small surcharge may apply. Naturally, we always discuss this in advance so that you are never faced with any surprises.
Do you have questions or would you like to discuss your situation? Please feel free to contact us. We are happy to work with you to create a suitable and pleasant experience together.
Sex care
Sexuality, intimacy, and human contact are an important part of many people's well-being. However, a physical disability, chronic illness, neurological condition, or other limitation can make engaging in intimacy not a matter of course. In such situations, there is sometimes talk of sex care or intimate service.
Although Ministry of Pleasures is not a care institution and does not provide medical or nursing care, we believe it is important that everyone – regardless of any disability – feels welcome. Therefore, we are happy to discuss our guests' wishes, expectations, and potential support needs together.
Whenever possible, we try to match an Experience Creator who suits the personal situation and with whom both parties feel comfortable. Depending on the necessary preparation, guidance, or extra time, a surcharge may apply. We always discuss this in advance.
Do you have questions about the possibilities, or would you like to discuss your situation confidentially first? Please feel free to contact us. We are happy to work with you to find a suitable and respectful solution.
Sex care: intimacy and sexuality for people with disabilities
For many people, intimacy, touch, and sexuality are an important part of a happy and healthy life. However, these aspects are not a given for everyone. A physical disability, chronic illness, neurological disorder, congenital disability, or psychological vulnerability can make entering into intimate relationships more difficult.
Increasingly often, there is talk in this context about sex care. Sex care is a collective term for support regarding intimacy and sexuality for people who find it more difficult to address these aspects themselves due to a disability or condition. Depending on the situation, this may consist of information, guidance, sexual coaching, or – where legally permitted – facilitating intimate experiences.
Why is sex care important?
Research shows that sexuality and physical intimacy can make a positive contribution to people's well-being. Not only sexual experience, but also attention, closeness, relaxation, and human contact can contribute to a higher quality of life.
For people with a disability, finding a partner or experiencing intimacy can present additional challenges. Consider, for example:
- a physical disability;
- a muscle disease or chronic condition;
- a neurological disorder;
- a non-congenital brain injury;
- a progressive disease;
- a disability that makes dating or forming relationships independently difficult.
Every situation is unique. Therefore, there is no standard solution, and a personal approach is important.
Personal guidance
Each application is assessed individually. Factors considered include:
- the personal wishes;
- the nature of any disability;
- practical points of attention;
- necessary preparation;
- the experience and preferences of the Experience Creator.
In some situations, extra preparation or guidance may be required. If this is the case, we will inform you in advance if an additional fee applies.
Discreet, respectful, and without judgment
We believe that intimacy is a normal part of life. Therefore, we handle every request with complete discretion, respect, and without prejudice. Our goal is to create, where possible, a pleasant experience in which mutual trust, clear communication, and consensualism are central.
Do you have questions about the possibilities, or would you like to discuss things confidentially first? Please feel free to contact us. We are happy to think along with you.
